5 stars is well deserved for George and the team at GO !! 🎈

I’ve traded for almost 21 years and used GO right back at the start of owning my own card and balloon shop. Often needing helpful advise on product , Beverley was the person I could rely on for her knowledge of product and colours, even at a time when it was fashionable to have balloons but not to the extent it is now ! She was a star 🌟

Being able to call and ask for the order and for it to be sent out was great too , was always welcomed by Lou, Lottie and Kevin with such friendly chat and service. Had to get tech savvy in the latter years and order online , which I was hesitant with at first , but hey , no such thing as “can’t “ ….. I mastered it 😊

Nothing is ever too much trouble , always had my orders fulfilled, credits raised where necessary and speedy delivery!

George , every credit to you for your wonderful business and the lovely team you have, your dedication and passion for your work is inspiring and I wish you all continued success for the future 🎈

A company that cares about its customers! After reporting an issue with a product, George was quickly on the case. The help and advice these guys put out to balloon artists is most valuable! Thank you for your help and advice. 10/10 for customer service!

Huge range, very helpful

I am always amazed by the choice of products you have. Lottie and Kev are flipping brilliant, full of advise and always so helpful. Don't know what I would do without them.

Amazing customer service!

Today my internet crashed as i placed my order while attending a hospital appointment so I couldn’t do anything at the time, after my appointment I gave these guys a call to see if my order went through or if I had missed it (I desperately need for tomorrow) they rushed round before the collections came and got my order out to me even though I was late getting my order through! Can’t fault them absolutely frilled with the customer service! Thank you 5⭐️
