We cannot be held responsible for unforseen delays and acts of God that prevent your item from arriving on time and are not able to offer a refund for your order or the delivery charge should this occur. All orders are shipped efficiently and securely and all orders totaling £125 and over ship free.

DPD & Royal Mail are our UK Courier Service, and the defualt delivery service is next working day from the date of despatch (Monday to Friday) Delivery. Please note that due to this may be a 2 day service for Northern Ireland & Highlands & Islands.

Delivery cost - £7.49 plus VAT per order up to 15kg - for orders above this weight a surcharge may be applied.
